Artist's Comments
The Set: It has been quite sometime since I've had the chance to work on a film, and recently I was hired as an Artistic Director for a low budget first time feature, which is being made in my area. Daunting as it has been, we have moved rapidly into production of the film, entitled "Local", and location scouting resulted in us finding this heritage shack on the outskirts of Canberra. I have attempted to capture the texture and atmosphere of the area in these photographs, helping me further my understanding of the location's potential. Here are those photos.
The Photo: Three planks of wood, one texture for you to use. Texture: Feel free to use this for anything you want. It took five seconds to take the photo, but I'd still like to see the finished product of anything this is used in. Click download for larger. Edit 17/01/09: Due to popular demand I will be uploading the full image to download in the next week, which means it will also be available as a print to buy! If I'd have know that wood would be so damn popular I'd have taken more pictures  |
